Just wanted to make a comment on the Excellent Service I received from the Service/Parts Depts. I'm the owner of an Yamaha FJR1300A and was in need of shock seals/slides replacements. I'm a do-it-yourself guys and ran into an issue getting one shock separated. I brought the shock into them and these guys, Jerry, EDD, and Edwin were extremely professional and help me with a stubborn union bolt that would not come out. They actually got the bolt removed for me, and gave me advise on the procedure I was going to do, and I was on my way to a successful fix. THANK YOU folks for helping out a guy who needed some help. You guys are great. Also, the guy in the part dept, (Don't have his name), was very helpful getting me the crush washers I needed. Good people over there!!!!!!!!!!!!
